Time2Pay services are offered to businesses and individuals who complete registration and KYC and who are legally able to enter a contract.

Account and wallet

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Wallet balances are used only to pay for services on the platform.

Permitted use

You may use the platform only for lawful transactions. Misuse, fraud or attempts to disrupt the service can lead to suspension or termination.

Commission and fees

Commission rates and any applicable charges are shown before you confirm a transaction and may be revised with notice.

Liability

We work to keep the service available but depend on third-party operators and banks. We are not liable for delays or failures outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
